1) Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or enrolling in any program offered by Houston Boxing Club, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
You must be at least 18 years old to enter into agreements directly with us. Minors may participate in programs with parental or legal guardian consent.
2) Services
Houston Boxing Club provides boxing instruction, fitness training, therapeutic movement programs, and related services at our Houston, Texas location. Services may include:
Group boxing classes
Private training sessions
Private group sessions
Parkinson’s boxing therapy
Self defense instruction
Special events and birthday parties
All services are provided directly by Houston Boxing Club staff. We do not broker services, sell leads, or connect clients with third party providers.
Specific details regarding enrollment, scheduling, and participation may be provided separately at the time of registration. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services for policy violations, safety concerns, or non payment.
3) User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information when registering or submitting forms
Use our website and services for lawful purposes only
Follow gym rules, safety instructions, and staff guidance
Maintain responsibility for your personal belongings while on premises
Participants acknowledge that boxing and fitness training involve physical activity and assume responsibility for participating in such activities.
4) Payments
Fees for classes, private sessions, and other services will be communicated prior to enrollment. Payment terms will be outlined at the time of registration or invoicing.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments for completed services are non refundable. Houston Boxing Club reserves the right to suspend services for non payment.
5) SMS Communications
By submitting your phone number through our website form or other written opt in method and checking the consent box, you agree to receive SMS messages from Houston Boxing Club.
Messages may include:
Free class follow up
Appointment confirmations and reminders
Schedule updates
Program information
Occasional promotional messages related to our services
